Hot melt adhesive film under insole production process

The traditional structure of sockliner of sports shoes or molded sockliner is terry fabric or fleece fabric, which is laminated with EVA foam by solvent-based adhesives, and then cut into sockliner or shaped into molded sockliner by heat pressing. The disadvantage under this process is the residue of toluene or Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). Therefore, applying hot melt adhesive film can be effectively eliminate the residue of VOC and shorten the production.

Use the laminating machine of hot melt adhesive film by sandwich laminating (terry/fleece-hot melt adhesive film-EVA foam). After production, it can be directly cut into or molded into sockliner.
