SUPER ADHESIVE  FL-27

FL-27 is oleoresin glue for joint connections. Compare with other types of adhesions, it has better quality and wider user range. Manufacturers such as shoes, furniture, decoration, shipbuilding and other operant like it because it is easy to handle due to its moderate adhesion ability.

Operating method:

1. Room temperature: Apply FL-27 by brush on the both sides of the material, and put it down at room temperature for 15~20 minutes, then laminate them by pressure.
2. Heating method: Apply FL-27 by brush on the both sides of the material, put it into oven. Set the temperature to 50 °C~60 °C for 6~9 minutes, then laminate them by pressure.

Ground: Stair or outdoor applying.

Operation: Apply glue to both ground and PVC tile, let dry at least 10 min. then lay on PVC tile to the ground

   3. V.: 22±1%  
   4. Viscosity (25°C): 3000~3500 cps.
