F-158S Moisture Curing PU adhesive

F-158S is a one-component moisture curing adhesive which can be used to laminate various materials such as stone, leathers, foams, papers, woods, metals and plastics.

Specification：

1. Appearance：White mist liquid
2. Main component：polyisocyanate
3. Solid content：95±2%
4. Viscosity：2000-6000 cps (LVT/25℃)
5. Shelf life：6 months

Use method：

1. Clean the oily substances, releasing agents and dust from the surface to be bonded.
2. Can be applied by roller, spray or extrude coating.
3. Can be coated in one or two way, then laminated and fixed by pressure till curing is complete.
4. Slight but not exceeded wetting the bonding surface can accelerate the curing.
5. Not dissemble the laminates before complete curing.
6. Complete curing time 16-24 hours at 25℃ and 50%R.H.

Notice：

1. Store in dry cool place and seal the cover tightly. Prevent moisture and those chemicals contain active hydrogen from entry.
2. Use MEK or ethyl acetate to clean the processing machines or contaminated parts.
3. Keep away from ignition source. Wear gloves to avoid contact
