Thermosetting adhesive films are non-tacky at room temperature. Adhesion is activated only when specific temperature, pressure, and time conditions are applied.
These films exhibit excellent bonding strength to metals such as aluminum and stainless steel. They are also suitable for bonding dissimilar materials including plastics, woven fabrics, ceramics, friction materials, and fiberglass.
After undergoing the curing (thermosetting) process, the adhesive film develops enhanced heat and chemical resistance, making it suitable for high-performance and durable applications.
