Thermoplastic Adhesive Films
Thermoplastic adhesive films become tacky when heated to a certain temperature and solidify upon cooling, forming a strong bonding layer. These films can be reheated and reprocessed, offering excellent reworkability. With high processing stability and uniform thickness, they are widely used in the electronics industry for bonding metals (such as aluminum, copper, and stainless steel) with engineering plastics (like PP and PE).
