Our adhesive film series for composite materials is designed to address structural bonding needs between dissimilar materials such as metals, engineering plastics, fiberglass, polyester fabrics, and wood. These films deliver excellent heat resistance, dimensional stability, and peel strength, making them ideal for building strong interfacial adhesion in a wide range of composite structures used in electronics, industrial modules, metal fabrication, optical assemblies, and precision bonding applications.

Main Applications Include:

  • Bonding between metal substrates (such as galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel) and plastics (e.g., PE, PP, PU, PC)

  • Lamination of composite bases such as untreated fiberglass, wood, and polyester fabrics

  • Multi-layer composite products, including aluminum-plastic panels, carbon fiber laminates, and optical sheet assemblies

By selecting the appropriate adhesive type and primer (if needed), bonding can be achieved efficiently under low to medium temperatures while ensuring strong mechanical performance and long-term durability. Adhesive viscosity and flow properties are fine-tuned to match various substrate requirements and processing methods such as pre-coating, interlayer bonding, and thermal lamination. Most of our products perform well without the need for additional surface treatment, offering greater flexibility and higher efficiency in composite material processing.
