Our medical-grade thermoplastic sheet series is designed to replace traditional plaster casts, splints, and orthopedic support boards. Made from polyurethane-based composite materials, these sheets offer low-temperature moldability, reformability, structural support, and shape memory. When heated to approximately 60°C, the sheet softens for easy shaping, and solidifies quickly upon cooling to stabilize the affected area. These sheets are widely used in medical aids, rehabilitation devices, and orthopedic shoe structures.
