Memory Low Temperature Thermoplastic Splint
Low temperature thermoplastic splint is a kind of material that can be molded into shapes in
low temperature. In the other word, when we increase its temperature (Soak it in hot water or put it in
the oven) above 60℃, it will become soft and moldable and when its temperature is lower than 50℃ or
in room temperature, this thermoplastic splint will return to it’s primary hardness. Because of this
special character, it can be used to manufacture a simple model. Afterward, heat this model above
60℃ and it will return to its originally flat shape and can be reused like this for many times.
