White Orthopedic splint is a kind of memory material that can be molded into shapes in low temperature. In the other word, when we increase its temperature (Soak it in hot water or put it in the oven) above 60℃, it will be bendable and moldable similar to rubber materials. When its temperature is lower than 50℃ or in room temperature, this orthopedic splint will return to it’s primary hardness. Because of this special character, it can be used to shape a support and immobilize model. Afterward, heat this model above 60℃ and it will return to its originally flat shape by its memory character and can be reused like this for many times.
